The short version ๐
Grown-ups can stop the subscription whenever they want, and the first 14 days are free. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us โ we are fair about it.
You can cancel the Family Plan at any time, yourself, from Settings โ Manage Subscription โ no phone calls, no fees. After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid, then simply does not renew. Your dragons and progress are never taken away by cancelling; only the premium extras stop.
The Family Plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged at all.
If you live in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from the first paid subscription period within 14 days of the first charge and receive a refund of that charge โ email us at [email protected] and we will process it.
Accidental purchase, duplicate charge, a child subscribed without permission, or the service was broken for you? Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right โ usually with a full refund. Outside these cases we do not refund partial months, since you keep the premium features until the period ends.
Gems, skins and other virtual items have no cash value and are not refundable once granted (they are included with the subscription rather than sold separately today).
